BOY TENNIS CHAMPIONS
NEW ZEALANDERS OUTCLASSED IN AUSTRALIA SYDNEY, Feb. 28. The visiting New Zealand tenn youths are generally no match for Ihe leading local boys participating in the Age lennis championships. Results are; — Boys’ Singles, Under 21.—Pails defeated the New Zealander A. Burns 6-0, 6-2; Impey defeated the New Zealander B. Broun, 6-4. 6-2. Boys’ Doubles, Under 21.—Bowe anr Clarke defeated Burns and Broun, 6-1 6-3. Boys’ Doubles, Under 19.—The Nev. Zealanders R. McKenzie and S. Painter defeated Begg and Hayne, 8-6 6-4; Edward and Kirkby beat Kell;, and Barnes, 6-3, 8-6: McKenzie an Painter beat Bagnall and Little, 6-1 6-8, 9-7. Combined Doubles, Under 21.—Sidwell and Miss Irwin defeated the New Zealander B. Kelly and Miss Burke 6-1, 6-1.
