“ADVENTURES OF ROBIN HOOD "The Adventures of Robin Hood,” i Warner Bros, picture filmed entirelj in technicolour, is enjoying a "capacity” season at the Majestic Theatre Errol Flynn, the young Irishman whe so capably filled the dashing roles ir “Captain Blood" and "The Charge o. the Light Brigade," is a made-to-ordo Robin Hood in the title role of th< film. Freddie Bartholomew is cas as a priggish little snob who finallj emerges as a likeable fellow aftei having his faults knocked out of him Used as a dupe by a gang of jewe thieves, he is brought before a magistrate, who sends him to the hom< rather than to a reform school. The boys are a decent crowd, but Fredrtj tries his sneaking tricks, and get: thoroughly disliked. Many adventure: befall him before he is a sailor aboarc the finest ship afloat. Mickey R.oonej is cast as the good-hearted Irish frienc of Bartholomew, and Herbert Mundir is excellent in the role of Mr. Jelks one of the instructors.
