McClymont 'and Mrs Burrell beat A. J. Gibbs and Mrs Drummond, 26—18. Women’s Championship. Final.—Mrs. McClymont beat Mrs Jarvie 26—24, 18—26, 26- 23. Level B. Final.—D. Allen beat Mrs. Currin 26 -19, 26—12. Handicap Singles, Second Section. Final.—D. Allan beat Mrs. Downey 26—14. Level A. Final.—Mrs. Carrig beat Mrs. McDougall, 13—26; 26—21, 26—7. Championship Doubles. Final.—Mr. and Mrs. La Rochbeat Mr. and Mrs. Jarvie, 26 —9. WIN FOR WANGANUI EAST MATCH WITH GONVH.LE A challenge croquet match was played between Wanganui East and Gonville on the Wanganui East grounds yesterday, the hqme team retaining the championship cup by the narrow margin ot six points. Results were: — Mrs. Currin 21, Mrs. Lynch 26. Mrs. Cramond 26, Mrs. Villett 12. Mr. Redpath 26, Mrs. Murphy 22. Mrs. Bradshaw 19, Mrs. Burrell 26.
