BASEMENT OE BUSINESS PREMISES FLOODED GOODS IN CASES SODDEN [Per Press Association. I WELLINGTON, Feb. 27. Employees who arrived at James Smith's premises to-day found that the basement had been flooded during the week-end by the bursting ofa large pipe. There were six inches of water, and carpels standing on the flood and goods still in cases were sodden.
