AWARDS TO BE MADE TO NEW ZEALANDERS I Per PiChe Association.] WELLINGTON, Feb. 27. Nominations for two new travelling scholarships recently awarded in New Zealand by the British authorities have been called by the University of New Zealand, and it is hoped io make a selection early in March. The British council has offered a post-graduate scholarship to a suitable graduate to study matters of social, economic and political importance. The emolument is £3OO. The second award is an Imperial Relations Trust travelling studentship open to suitable single persons between 25 and 35 years, who will he given an opportunity of wider experience in the development of work of some body such as lhe Trade Union Council or the Council of Adult Education.
