Judgment for £lO3l 5s 7d in accordance with the jury’s verdict was entered in the Supreme Court in New Plymouth by Mr. Justice Reed for Arthur R. Bishell against Charles W. Bryan and Lionel W. Bryan. The jury found for Bishell on several issues, but the case was adjourned for further consideration to permit counsel for the Bryans to consider the jury’s answers to questions submitted to it. The action was for damages to Bishell’s eye when a belt broke on a stone washing plant at Tarawa on December 31 ? 1937.
