GERMAN VIEW OF BRITAIN'S PLANS. CO-OPERATION WITH AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND. Received Feb.’ 26, 7.40 p.m. BERLIN, Feb. 25. The Lokal Anzeiger, in an article on Empire defence, states that the New Zealand and Australian naval and air force's co-operation with Britain in East Asia has already been worked out. Singapore, Darwin, and New Guinea will be fully co-ordinated as a barrage against Japanese attacks.
