Superstitious of the 13th.
Sergeant H. Gillespie, of Wanganu'. who, when driving a military lorry from Taihape to Waiouru camp, on February 15, suffered injury when the vehicle went over a bank, was able to return to camp on Thursday. It was said of him that he had slept in tent 13 and had been driving lorry No. 13 when the accident happened.
