ATTACK FROM FASCIST AGGRESSORS RED ARMY CELEBRATES COMING-OF-AGE [By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright] Received Feb. 24, 10.30 p.m. MOSCOW, Feb. 24. The Red Army, celebrating its coming-of-age, members individually took a new oath of allegiance. The navy commander, M. Frinovsky, announcing the recent addition of many new ships, declared that the Soviet was preparing for an attack from the Fascist aggressors.
