The appointments have been further improved, and better accommodation has been provided for the ladies, the attendance of the fair sex always being a feature of the Rangitikei meetings. Mr. Geo. Whillans, of the Masonic Hotel, Woodville, will conduct the publican’s booths, and Messrs. Dustins Ltd., will, as usual, attend to the catering. First-class accommodation for trainers, jockeys and attendants, and free sthbling for horses, are provided at the course. Judging by the requests already received, lhe accommodation house should be well filled. Many trainers will take their teams on to Bulls after the Wanganui meeting, and others, with engagements at New Plymouth, will break the journey at Bulls and race there. Weights will appear on Monday next, and acceptances close on Tuesday, February 28. at 9 n.m. with (he secretary, Mr. E. V. Wilson, Bulls. (’Phone 65).
