NATIONAL INSURANCE SCHEME FEDERAL CABINET’S DECISION ♦ Received Feb. 23, 5.5 p.m. CANBERRA, Feb. 23. It is revealed that the Federal Cabinet last week reached a tacit decision to shelve the national insurance scheme. Meanwhile, it is understood that objections to certain features of the scheme will be reviewed and plans prepared for its extension in anticipation of its operation later.
