MUSIC AT THE RACES

QUEEN ALEXANDRA BAND PROGRAMME FOR TO-DAY The band music, which is an accepted feature of the Wanganu Jockey Club race meetings, will be provided to-day and Saturday by the Queen Alexandra Mounted Rifles Band under the direction of Conductor A. Gershwin: descriptive piece “The Forge in the Forest." S. Cope: tattoo. "Toy Town," H. Jordon: contest quickstep, “The Challenge," W. Calvert.
