"DOCTOR RHYTHM"
AN O. HENRY STORY One of O. Henry’s greatest stories “The Badge of Policeman O’Roon.” is to screen on Wednesday next at the Regent Theatre in Paramount’s "DocRhythm/’ a hilarious musical comedy starring Bing Crosby, Beatrice Lillie, and Mary Carlisle. Dr. Bing goes out masquerading as a policeman to help a friend in distress, and is given a life sentence by the girl he is assigned to guard. Ricardo Cortez who has handled a gun in almost every picture in which he has thus far appeared, is without one in Paramount’s “Her Husband Lie." a drama of sacrifice which opens on Wednesday next at the Regent Theatre. He is a big-time gambler who gives his wife. Gail Patrick, his word that he is through with gambling and then, to save his honour and his brother’s life, is forced to lie. Akim Tamiroff, Tom Brown. Louis Calhern and June Martel are also in the cast.
