THE ORDER OF SELLING AUCTION TO TAKE PLACE ON FRIDAY Buyers who are to bid at the second Wanganui wool sale of the current season, which takes place on Friday, beginning at 2.30 p.m., arrived from Napier yesterday and will be engaged between now and the day of auction valuing the clips. Murray Roberts and Johnston and C 01957 Farmers’ Distributing Co. ... 3531 The wool to be offered at this sale will include many more back-country clips than at the auction in January. Because of the erratic shearing season a good deal of seed may be showing in some of the wool. It is anticipated that prices will be firm on Napier, the trend there this week being firm on the January range. At Wanganui in January 27,265 bales were offered, and 26,387 bales were sold. The average price per bale was £l3 14s 5d and the total realisation was £362.100 17s 2d.
