The biennial conference of the New Zealand branch of the British Medical Association opened in Christchurch with a combined meeting of all sections. at. which lectures were delivered to a gathering numbering about 150. Lectures on “Nephritis" were given by Dr. Russell Chisholm, of Palmerston North, and Mr. J. O. Mercer, of Wellington.
