NEW PREFERENCE SHARE CAPITAL The directors of Fell and Textile, of Australia, Ltd., in a circular 1< shareholders, announce that they hav arranged with J. B. Were and Son Melbourne, for the underwriting of al issue at par of 200,000 6 per cent cumualtive second preference share of fl each in the capital of the com pany. For the purpose of completing these arrangements the directors consider i advisable to increase the authorise! capital of the company fron £1,000.030 to £1,200,000 by the creatioi of such second preference shares. The underwriters have agreed ti take 100,000 of the above-mentionei second preference shares firm. Tin balance of 100,000 will be set asidi and ordinary shareholders will be in vited to make application for thei requirements. If the proposals of the directors ar, confirmed at the extaordinary gen eral meeting of shareholders ot March 10, the capital of the compan; will be increased to £1,200,000, divide! into 40.000 first preference shares o £1 each, 200.000 second prefercnci shares of £1 each, and 960,000 share of £1 each, including ordinary share already issued.
