TRAFFIC TOTALS FOR LAST YEAR. ITALIAN DECREASE. PARIS, Feb. 19. Suez Canal traffic in 1938 was. Britain, 17.358,000 tons; Italy, 4,624,000 tons; Germany, 3,135,000 tons; Holland, 3,028,000 tons; France, 1.748,000 tons; total 34,418,000 tons, a drop of 2,073,000 tons.
Italian traffic decreased by one- ! fifth.
