AUSTRALIAN TKADESM iL. OFFER WELCOMED. SYDNEY, Feb. 18. Australian building tradesmen welcome the offer of permanent work in New Zealand because of a lull in building here. The lull is attributed to the high cost of materials and the absence of loan money for home building, which co-operative building societies fear may retard their expansion considerably. .
