I The drill has reached 21U0 feet. 'Deviation from the vertical is not ; pronounced, being 26 degrees only, ia figure which is considered satisfactory. Furthermore no increase in ’deviation has been observed througir?out the last 80ft. of drilling. | The directional drilling equipment being imported from America is due in Auckland to-day and will be employed as necessary to prevent further deviation in this of other wells to be drilled.
