MADRID SHELLED
PEOPLE FORCED TO REMAIN IN SHELTERS (Independent Cable Service). MADRID, Feb. 16. The rebels shelled the city at intervals of a quarter of an hour all night forcing the inhabitants to remain in the shelters. Six persons were killed and 20 wounded in all-night shelling, at the height of which 150 shells fell in an hour.
