ANTARCTIC CLAIMS
INTERNATIONAL CXIMMISSION ADVOCATED Received Feb. 17, 5.5 p.m. SYDNEY, Feb. 17. The American explorer Lincoln Ellsworth said that claims to areas in the Antarctic on behalf of various countries were vague. He advocated an international commission to examine and define them.
