FURTHER CASES AT WANGANUI Further undefended petitions for divorce were heard in the Supreme Court at Wanganui yesterday before Mr. Justice Reed:— Ellen Gullery (Mr. P. L. Dickson) petitioned for dissolution of her marriage with Charles Howard Gullery (Mr. R. Withers) on the grounds of adultery. A decree nisi was granted, to be made absolute after three months. Phillip Fowler (Mr. T. M. N. Rogers, Palmerston North) sought dissolution of his marriage with Frances Fowler on the ground of failure to comply with an order for restitution of conjugal rights. Petitioner stated that his marriage took place in July, 1935. and there were two children of the marriage. A decree nisi was granted, to be made absolute after three months. Rosetta Renee Mahoney (Mr. B. C. Haggitt) sought dissolution of her marriage with John William Mahoney on the grounds of persistent drunkenness and cruelty. A decree nisi was granted, to be made absolute after three months. Lila Berenes Walker (Mr. L. N. Ritchie) petitioned for divorce from George Roy Walker on the grounds of a separation order. A decree nisi was granted, to be made absolute after three months.
