UNION BOAT CLUB PRESIDENT’S DOUBLE SCULLS DEAD-HEAT IN FINAL The final of the President's Double Sculls was rowed by Union Boat Club last evening, when J. Pringle and M. Signal, after an exciting race all the way, staged a dead-heat. The final will thus have to be decided during the week-end. To-morrow sprint fours will be rowed, and entries for these will close at 2 p.m. to-morrow.
