INCREASED ESTIMATES. Received Feb. 15, 5.5 p.m. DUBLIN, Feb. 14. The Eire Army estimates*for 192940 amount to £3,252,199, an increase of £1,266,515. The total includes £831,000 for anti-aircraft guns.
