RATES, 1938-39 The Rates above mentioned, which were levied by the Council on August 3, I 938, ARE NOW OVERDUE. In accordance with Section 76 of “The Rating Act, 1925," and a resolution of the Council, I 0 per cent, will be added to all such rates unpaid by 5 p.m. TO-MORROW, FRIDAY, the 17th. inst. G.
