The decision comes as an antii climax to three years’ effort to secure 'sufficient, funds to purchase the uniforms, the sum of £5OO having been [raised. I It is impossible to equip the band 'fully with material procurable in the Dominion, as much of the necessary 'equipment is obtainable only from iScotland. An appeal is to be lodged.
