Rangitikei Racing Club Meeting FOURTEEN ENTERED IN CUP INCREASED NOMINATIONS Ail increase of fourteen entries compared with last year's total was registered when nominations closed lasi night for the Rangitikei Racing Club's autumn meeting, to be held on Saturday, March 4. The entries went up from 101 to 115, and the Rangitikei Cup nominations include horses of the class of Dungarvan, Peerless, Brazen King, Amigo, Lucullus Lad, Siegmund and Play On. Handicaps for the meeting will be declared on Monday, February 27, after the Wanganui meeting, and acceptances will close on Tuesday, February 28, at 9 p.m. Following is the list of nominations for tue meeting:— Trial Plate, of 1100; 6 furlongs The Smiler, Charmante, Le Marquis, Lady Whetu, Mon Ace, Travail.
