“SMITHY’S” ESTATE
LEAVE FOR DISTRIBUTION GRANTED Received Feb. 14, 11.55 p.m. SYDNEY, Feb. 14. The Probate Court to-day granted leave to distribute the £12,874 estate of the late Sir Charles Kingsford Smith, the whole of which is bequeathed to his widow, r.ow Mrs. Mary Tully, of Toorak, Victoria, who some time ago obtained leave to swear her husband’s death on the ill-fated flight from England to Australia in November, 1935.
