RIOTING AT MANDALAY
POLICE FIRE ON MOB. Received Feb. 12, 7.30 p.m. MANDALAY, Feb. 11. Eleven were killed and nineteen wounded when military police fired on a procession of 10,000 which became a wild mob, refusing to disperse, wrecking shops and demanding the release of prisoners.
