! Catholic Schools’ Mass. Teachers and pupils of Catholic schools in the Auckland Diocese assembled at St. Patrick’s Cathedral yesterday morning for Pontifical High Mass, to ask Divine blessing on the work of the Catholic schools for 1939. The occasion is celebrated annuali> before the reopening or the scrools. The celebrant was Bishop Liston and the preacher was the Rev. Father Killian, O.F.M. The music of the Mass was sung by members of the religious ■ communities, conducted by Professor ' Moor-Karoly.
