ENDING SPANISH WAR NOT PRESSING EITHER SIDE [By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright] Received Feb. 10, 11 p.m. LONDON, Feb. 10. The British Government is maintaking continuous contact with both the Nationalist and Republican leaders but they can do no more yet than offer their services for bringing the two sides together as soon as one makes a move, says The Times. They are not pressing either side to make a truce against their will. From Burgos it is officially announced that the Nationalists have completely occupied Minorca. It is reported from Madrid that Dr. Negrin sent a telegram appointing General Miaja commander-in-chief of all the Re blican land, sea and air f -re in central Spain.
