HONOUR FALLS TO SON
KING CONFERS BARONETCY. Received Feb. 10, 5.5 p.m. LONDON, Feb. 9. His Majesty the King has conferred a baronetcy on Andrew Ashion Waller Hills, five-year-old son of the late John Waller Hills, whose death on December 24 prevented the honour being conferred in the New Year's list. His widow has been granted the title of a baronet's widow.
