THE AUTUMN MEETING WEIGHTS AND ACCEPTANCES Handicaps for all first-day events at the Wanganui Jockey Club's autumn meeting are due to make .heir appearance on Monday morning next. Acceptances for all first-day events will close on Friday next, February 17, at 9 p.m. The Wanganui Cup, to be decided on the first day, carries a stake of £650, including a cup valued at £5O donated by Mr. T. Currie. There is another trophy event on the first day, this being the Juvenile Handicap, for which a silver tea set valued at £25 has been presented by Messrs. James Buchanan and Co., Ltd.
