UNUSUAL COURT COURSE. WORKERS ALREADY COVERED. [ Per Press Association.] WELINGTON, Feb. 10. An unusual course in refusing to make an award was aoopted by the Arbitration Court on an application by the Wellington grocers’ sundries, chemical and related trades’ factory employees for an award covering the employees of 22 firms.
