ARRESTED AT AUCKLAND
MAN BELIEVED DROWNED FAILURE TO ANSWER BAH. I Per Pres. Association.] WELLINGTON, Feb. 8. According to advice received to-day by the Wellington police, Wilfred Jesse Heaven, aged 36 years, a hairdresser who failed to answer bail m the Supreme Court recently, was arrested at Auckland last night. Heaven, who was to have appeared at the criminal sessions on four charges of committing offences against males, had been released on bail con- • ditional on his daily report to the police. Nothing had been heard of him since a towel and some clothing identified as his property were found on a Wellington beach some wteeks ago and the belief was expressed that he was dead.
