MASTERFUL MAN. —Lewis Tortoriel la. a New York factory worker, was so Jealous of his sweetheart. Wilma Lcaycroft, 24, that he handcuffed her to the wheel of his car during his workin g hours. A police patrol, passing the factory, heard Wilma sobbing. The police saw the handcuffs. Said Wilma: “Lewis is so fond of me, he's afraid I might go out with other boys. But I love masterful men.” The authorities, however, had the handcuffs sawn through, and warned Lewis.
