REFUGEES BRING BENEFIT TO AUSTRALIA CANBERRA, Feb. 8. The Secretary of the Department of the Interior, outlining the method* by which the Government is ' handpicking” aliens who seek permits to enter Australia, said many wealthy refugees are entering Australia with the intention of establishing new industries, including one migrant, who has already spent £7OOO in starting the manufacture of specially finished woollen fabric.
