Already (this year, tenders have been let for •buildings at Wigram costing more (than £54,000, the programme in hand iincluding, in addition to the new .hangars and store room, No. 1 store ■ room dormitory extension costing |£5377, cubicles and. lavatory buildlings costing £4429. kitchen alterations costing £659 and a petrol tank costing £3lB. • Temporary barracks for single men [are also being built and should be finished very shortly. One of the most costly of the additional jobs is the (construction of a high watertank of (reinforced concrete.
