NEW GQVEKNOR-GENERAL OF AUSTRALIA CANBERRA CEREMONY HOBART, Feb. 8. The Prime Minister of Australia, Mr. J. A. Lyons, has announced that the Duke of Kent will probably be sworn in as Governor-General of Australia in Canberra on November 21 or 22. It is officially announced from London that the Duke and Duchess of Kent will leave for Australia in the second week in October, arriving at Fremantle on November 14.
