GONVILLE PARISH
NEW VICAR APPOINTED REV G.' W. SOLOMON'S SUCCESSOR The Rev. V, Vennimore, who has been engaged in parish work in England for several years, has been appointed parish priest at St. Peters Anglican Church, Gonville, in succession to the Rev. C. W. Solomon. The new priest was formerly a curate at St. Paul’s Pro-Cathedral, Wellington, and is expected to take Up his new duties toward the end of February. The induction service has been tentatively fixed for February 21 and will be conducted by the Ven Archdeacon J. R. Young, of Christ Church, in the absence of the Rt Rev. H. St. Barbe Holland, Bishop of Wellington, who recently underwent an operation. Mr. Vennimore is a single man. ,
