It tells of the mysterious disappearance of an English governess . 'Dame May Whitty) from a Contin- - ental train. Dame Whitty is tavel- . ling with a young English girl Mar- - garet Lockwood* at the time of her - disappearance. Miss Lockwood, who . had received minor concussion before l entering the train, falls asleep during ■ the journey and on awakening finds : that Dame Whitty has vanished. Though all her fellow-passengers . deny ever having seen the woman and ■ 1 another passenger, Paul Lukas, an eminent brain specialist, declares that . the effect of receiving slight concussion a short time before has been re- ' sponsible for her "illusion," Miss ' Lockwood immediately begins a search for her friend. Michael RedI grave, a happy-go-lucky composer I whom she had met by chance the pre■jvious evening, comes {? her aid aru? ■| together* they discover a plot to kill ’[Dame Whitty.
James Stewart to Star. Jimmie Stewart has been cast lo star in Universal's "Destry Rides Again.” “Destiny Rides Again." which will be one of the largest outdoor pictures to be made this year, will be produced by Joe Pasternak, who produced the Deanna Durbin offerings and "Youth Takes a Fling."
