BACKSTROKE SWIMMING
ADOLF KEIFER’S RECORD Received Feb. 6, 11.30 p.m. NEW YORK, Feb. 6. At Coral Gables, Florida, Adolf Keifer (Chicago* established a world record of 61.10 sec. in 100 yards backstroke over a 25 yards course. The new distance was recently recognised by ihe International Swimming Federation.
