NEW CABINET FORMED
YUGOSLAV GOVERNMENT FRIENDLY RELATIONS WITH TOTALITARIAN STATES Received Feb. 6. 10.20 p.m. BELGRADE, Feb. 5. M. Zvetkovitch, cx-Minister of Public Health, has formed a new Cabinet. He will also hold the portfolio of Minister of the Interior. M. Cincar Markovitch, former Jugoslav Minister to Berlin, -has been appointed Foreign Minister. The Government is expected to establish friendly relations with the totalitarian countries. Cabinet includes two Slovenes and two Moslems. Its first task will be to settle the dispute with the Croats, who are not represented.
