DEMANDS MADE BY CONGRESS REPLY WITHIN SIX MONTHS Received Feb. 6, 5.5 p.m. JALPAIGURI, Feb. 5. The Bengal Congress political conference passed a resolution urging the All-India Congress to send an ultimatum to Britain seeking a categorical answer within six months to India's national demand for the right to form its own constitution by constituent assembly, reiterating the uncompromising opposition to the Federation Congress and reserving the right to .ny necessary action to enforce the demand if Britain does not reply or replies unsatisfactorily.
