SETTLEMENT BY REFUGEES. ANGLO-AMERICAN DELEGATION. Received Feb. 5, 5.5 p.m. LONDON, Feb. 3. As a sequel to Mr. Chamberlain's previous statement in the House ot Commons, an Anglo-American committee will arrive at Georgetown on February in in order Io investigate the possibility of leasing large areas of British Guiana for colonisation by European refugees.
