Received Feb. 5. 6.5 p.m. CHUNGKING, Feb. 4. Art treasures have been handed over to Mr. Neil McLaren, of the London National Gallery, and Monsieur Jaujard, of Louvre, for transportation to Genoa for custody by the League which, after the war, returns them to whatever Spanish Government exists in Spain.
