EMERGENCY PLANS MAKING OF AMMUNITION [By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright] Received Feb. 5, 5.5 p.m. SYDNEY, Feb. 4. The Federal Prime Minister, Mr. J. A. Lyons, announced that extensive plans have been completed by the Commonwealth Government to ensure prompt delivery of defence supplies and immediate mobilisation of industry in*an emergency. The Industrial Advisory Panel, which was appointed last year, would undertake immediately a complete review of the supply and works aspects of the defence programme. Mr. Lyons also announced that under the scheme which the Government had adopted for production of ammunition, nineteen annexes would be established at private factories and at- State railway workshops.
