ATTITUDE IN CHINA
UNDERSTANDING JAPAN THE THIRD POWERS TOKIO, Feb. 3. The Foreign Minister, Mr. Arita, told the House of Representatives that it might be necessary to call an international conference at Tokio if no other way was found of making third Powers understand Japan’s attitude in China. He considered, however, that there should be other means of dispelling misunderstandings.
