THE FRONTIER CLASH SOVIET AGGRESSION TOKIO, Feb. 2. The Japanese version of the clash between Russian and Japanese troops on the Manchurian border on January 31 alleges that a hundred Soviet troops crossed the frontier and attacked a Japanese station, which resisted. The Soviet troops retired after suffering the loss of five killed and three wounded. The Japanese suffered no casualties. The Japanese Government has strongly protested to Russia.
