[ British Official Wireless ] RUGBY, Feb. 1. The Royal Family has returned to Buckingham Palace from Sandringham. Their Majesties motored first to Newmarket, where they inspected the King’s racehorses and later joined at Cambridge a train in which Queen Mary and the Princesses were travel' ling. Shortly after arriving at the Palace the King gave an audience to Mr. Chamberlain.
